Navier held the “Naver Design Colloquium 2022” for prospective designers and industry officials in the digital field and shared IT design-related insights that are changing daily life and work culture.

Kim Seung-eon, general manager of Naver’s design design, revealed the importance of IT design for an “enhanced life” and the design philosophy contained in Naver services through Keynote.

General Manager Kim emphasized, “It is the role of designers to connect users’ fundamental needs and new technologies well, and innovation is created only when it works well.”

In the seminar session held on this day, Naver’s design insight announcement was followed in terms of “Work & Life.” The first “Work” session shared the role of Naver designers to create a new work environment in the post-corona era at Naver’s new building, 1784.

In the new building with robots, insights from working-level designers were shared on how robots behave and how user experiences were designed, such as movements and interfaces.

In the “Life” session, the service design process for AI and human interactions such as Clova Note and Clova Care Call was introduced, and in the following XR experience session, the XR experience and design elements that are deeply expanded through Naver services such as virtual influencer Isol and next-generation search services.

It also shared the UX design process of a new fintech service that maximizes connection between Naver app Na and financial services such as insurance and automobiles and enables easier asset management.
