T-ra Robotics (co-CEO Kim Jung-ha and Kim Dong-kyung), a subsidiary of T-ra Utech, a smart factory solution company, announced that it has successfully attracted a total of 5.5 billion won worth of free series investment by attracting additional investment from E&Venture No. 3 smart investment association.
T-Robotics, which has core technology of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot), was officially launched in January this year after being materially divided from T-Robotec. It provides integrated solutions related to autonomous driving robots, and all robot instruments, battlefield design, control software, and control software are developed and produced by themselves.
Major robot products are specialized in the use of industrial sites, semiconductors, secondary batteries, and automobile industrial processes, and a hybrid autonomous driving method that simultaneously applies QR and SLAM (Spontaneous Localization and Mapping) methods can control even the minute movement of robots. In addition, it has hardware technology that can drive unevenly and ramps on the road, so it is possible to quickly inject the field.
“As the AMR market is expected to grow rapidly in the future, we will focus our efforts on securing leadership in the field of self-driving robots with facility investments to upgrade technology and production facilities based on the funds secured through the pre-series investment,” a T-Robotics official said.
Meanwhile, T-ra Robotics recently signed an MOU with industrial robots and cooperative robot companies such as 416 automation, Basim, and Cootion to maximize the completeness of FA (Full Automation).
